Notes:

• All match cards will be completed on the FAI Connect App. Failure to comply will result in a walkover.
• Only club secretary is to contact Fixture secretary with queries
• It is the home team responsibility to contact opposition, referee and fixture secretary if game is called off or kick off time changed
• All results must be correctly input to FAI Connect App or fines may apply.

Note: For all local cup games if home team pitch is unplayable, away team will immediately be offered an opportunity to host the game.
