Please find below the link for the entry forms for the Munster Youth Cup for the 2020-2021 season

Please note that this will be the only form accepted for this year’s competitions. Please do not use/download the forms that are on the Munster FA website.

Closing date for entries has been extended from the original date of 1st September to the 15th of September to facilitate the later start of seasons throughout Munster.

Entry forms along with the correct fee must be sent to the address on the form.

Entry Fees:

Youth Cup: €20

Please note that this competition is open to both U17 and U18 teams and more then one team from each club is allowed to enter.
