League Cup Rules:

Applies to All Round 1 – 3 League Cup Games

U17 or U18 game ends in a draw then it’s straight to penalties as it’s straight knockout.

U19s are league format to start so a draw is just a draw and both teams recieve a point. Knockout stages will come later.
